| ➺ You acknowledge that I'm a full-time student who mainly works traditionally for my art. If you'd like the physical piece in hand, it can be shipped; keep in mind that a shipping fee can be added to your commission. |
| ➺ I can draw humans, OCs, chibis, flora, fauna, fanart, and simple decorative backgrounds. Apart from those options, I can attempt to do ponies and anthropomorphic/furries if the client desires, but be aware I'm still improving on those two! |
| ➺ If the client is aware of my deco stationery work and would like me to add those touches to the artwork, then that can be discussed in the total, finalized pricing. |
| ➺ I may decline a client/commission for any reason. You'll potentially be declined if you request gore, since it'll depend on what you're asking. You'll be declined if you request NFSW, proships, realism, or mecha. |
| ➺ Disclose whether your commission is for personal or commercial use when contacting me. |
| ➺ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner. I don't allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless previously otherwise accorded. |
| ➺ Another thing for commercial use: another one-time charge fee of 200% of the total price for any merchandise artwork will be added. Promotional illustrations, like branding, or any usage that could earn revenue, are to be counted as commercial. |
| ➺ You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own. I reserve all rights to my art. I may add any work to my social media, portfolio, and/or projects. |
| ➺ If you decide to repost a commission, please make sure to credit me (@ Nunispark) or display and share a link back to one of my socials. Credit must always be given if my art is showcased. |
| ➺ You aren't allowed to remove any watermarks I may put on your commission. |
| ➺ You aren't allowed to use my work for AI training or as an NFT (non-fungible token); my art, being commissioned or not, shall not be minted into an NFT or AI training. I strongly prohibit its usage towards both. |
| ➺ I will not begin sketching until I receive full payment up front. Details and extras will increase the cost of your commission. |
| ➺ Allowed 2 revisions during the sketching phase; once the sketch draft has been approved, I'll begin working on the commission to completion. Please take your time reviewing the sketch for any potential issues or changes before approving. Any edit requests made after completion will be subject to additional fees, as I'll have to restart from scratch. |
| ➺ Additional edits/slow feedback may result in a longer turnaround time. |
| ➺ I don't allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I'm unable to complete your order. You're free to ask about the commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire. |
| ➺ I will send updates and the final product photo through high-quality PDFs or JPGs. |
| ➺ My turnaround time for artwork is 1-3 weeks, depending on its complexity. I'll constantly update clients about the estimated time the commission will be completed. |
| ➺ My schedule is typically busy, with my timezone being CT. My responses may come at unusual times. |
| ➺ I don't accept hard deadline commissions unless they've been discussed 4 weeks in advance at minimum. |
